During our exploration with the Islander Way project, we posed a fundamental question: 'What is required for our community to thrive and welcome visitors effectively?' This led us to identify six key projects. Yet, as we delved deeper and began experimenting, we realised that these projects were part of a larger, interconnected action plan, necessitating a systemic change. The six projects, co-created by our community, are pivotal and continually evolving, complemented by a range of additional initiatives - detailed in The Islander Way Framework
